We ship from our warehouse: parcels with DHL, GLS and UPS, large appliances by freight carrier on a pallet. Delivery within Germany is free of charge. We deliver to the EU and Switzerland at fixed rates, and parcels worldwide.
How much delivery costs.
Germany is always free. For all other countries, fixed flat rates apply, separately for parcel and freight goods.

Parcels in Germany
1 to 3 working days with DHL, GLS or UPS. Tracking number by email.
Parcels within the EU
EU: 2 to 4 working days, outside the EU: 5 to 10 working days, depending on the country.
Freight items
Kerbside delivery. Germany 1 to 3 working days, EU and Switzerland 2 to 5 working days.

How does freight delivery work?
We deliver large appliances by freight carrier on a pallet, kerbside delivery. Please inspect the goods upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery note. We deliver freight shipments to Germany, the EU and Switzerland.
Do you also deliver outside the EU?
Yes, we deliver parcels worldwide for €9.99 per order, for example to Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain or the USA. Customs duties and import charges are calculated and shown at checkout and paid together with your order, so nothing more is due on delivery. Outside the EU, we only deliver freight items to Switzerland.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Do you deliver to branches, construction sites or warehouses?
Yes. For businesses, we offer purchase on invoice, consolidated deliveries and delivery to branches, construction sites or warehouses. Simply get in touch via the contact form.
